What You M'call It?

I went to my sister J3's house this morning to pick a lemon for cooking. She has the most prolific lemon tree and the lemon skin is really fragrant. When I was done picking my lemon, I saw this guy. Doesn't it look like a heart? With Valentine's Day approaching, I want to give it a name. What you m'call it? Yellow heart, bitter heart ... Does anyone have any suggestion?
So far, we have:
jen - Lemon Drop
em - Golden Heart, Sour Heart
bb - Heart of Gold
