Thinking About Turkeys

Ahh, November it is. Soon it will be Christmas and 2009 is history. But let's not dismiss 2009 yet. There are still a few more things to do.

Every year at Thanksgiving, we have a big gathering at my brother D1's house. We all bring 'stuffs' and he provides the main entree and utensils. This year, I think we should make it a special Thanksgiving because we want to celebrate the people who are with us. If you won the lotto or anything, congrats to you. Basically, I think just sharing a meal with people you love is thankful enough.

I am digressing... So what are you bringing to Thanksgiving dinner? SIL1 said there will be no ham this year because it is not popular. We need to be thinking about entree..., appetizers, deserts and lots of deserts!

Yum..

  7. Already bought the prime roast - always start with the best ingredient, it may end up saving the dish.
